Shipping Information
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods: We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and package weight.
Delivery Time:

- Expedited shipping: 1-3 business days
International Shipping: Currently available to select countries. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.
Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund or exchange.
Return Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Return Process: Contact our customer service team to initiate a return. You'll receive return instructions and a return authorization number.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
Processing: Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
No Restocking Fees: We don't charge restocking fees on returned items.
Final Sale Items: We don't offer final sale items - all products are eligible for return within our 30-day window.
